IRONY

Conversation at my house today:

Seviann says, "Mom, are we almost done with school today?"

Mom replies, "Almost, why?"

Seviann, "Because I am tired of doing school work today." Briley and Sabree chime in, "Yea, me too, can we please have our break?"

After subject is finished, Mom says, "Okay, now you are done. You can go and play."

Seviann, "Yea! Okay, what do you guys want to play?"

Sabree, "Lets play school!"
Seviann and Briley enthusiatically reply, "Yes, school! Let's play school, that is so much fun."

And so, off they run to get their real school books out to play "fake" school--ironic, isn't it?
