This morning:
Us--"Briley, what do you want for your birthday next month?"
Briley--"Hotdog stew"
Us--"Why hotdog stew?"
Briley--"Hotdogs taste so good that they will be great in a stew."
This afternoon:
We drive by a truck towing a car and Briley remarks, "That car's batteries must have runned out. He should just get a new battery instead of taking two cars to work."
This evening:
Briley--"Mommy, I want to play hee hockey."
Me--"You mean you want to play field hockey?"
Briley--"No, I mean hee hockey."
Me--"What's that?"
Briley--"It's field hockey, but you have so much fun that you laugh when you play, so it is hee hockey, like hee hee, I'm laughing. Don't you know that, Mom?"

The dress
My good friend Kim sent me a link to make the cutest dress for a little girl out of a man's shirt. It was really a simple and fun dress to make, and I love anything that is simple and fun. I decided to make this dress at 5:00 yesterday, so I could show it to her and Jenn at church by 6:30. So, this is the speed racer version of the shirt.
You can find the shirt link here.
